These Terms govern access to Galant-operated corporate websites and publicly available materials. By accessing the website, you agree to these Terms. Separate written agreements govern paid services, product accounts, pilots, demonstrations and customer deployments.
If you access the website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to act for that organisation.
Website content is provided for general business information. Product descriptions, roadmaps, demonstrations, case examples and technical material do not create a warranty, service-level commitment or binding obligation unless included in a signed agreement.
Healthcare content on the website is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or emergency guidance. Do not use the website to seek urgent medical help or submit patient information.

The website, text, graphics, product names, software descriptions, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to Galant and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence is granted except the limited right to access the website under these Terms.
“Galant IT,” “HealNTrack,” “VaidSetu,” “Bizcare” and associated branding may be trademarks or product identifiers of Galant. Third-party names remain the property of their owners.
You remain responsible for information you submit. You grant Galant a limited right to use a business inquiry or feedback to respond, evaluate requirements and improve services. This does not authorise Galant to use confidential customer data, patient data or identifiable clinical information for general model training.
Do not submit information unless you have the right to do so. Confidential project information should be exchanged only through an approved channel and, where appropriate, under a confidentiality agreement.
Links to unrelated websites are provided for convenience. Galant does not control or endorse their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue website content. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of the public website. Contracted service availability is governed by the applicable customer agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory law, courts at Thrissur, Kerala will have jurisdiction over disputes relating solely to the public website. Signed customer agreements may provide a different dispute process.
